Farming photos from the Fredericks

Farmer Simon Frederick has added to the archive five pictures of his family’s farming activities in Penshurst down the ages – from the horse-drawn plough to the powerful 21st century tractor.

The pictures include a portrait of Simon’s father Sam Frederick with bis South Devon herd of cattle and an aerial shot of the family’s main farm in Penshurst, Beggars Barn Farm.
